We currently operate as a very small team so please allow for some time between responses and we will do our best to respond promptly. We generally respond within 24 hours.

General

You can click on the Brands button located at the top of each page. You will be taken to a page where you can view all brands that we are currently offering. Please check back often since we are always looking to expand our selection! From the brands page you can select a brand that interests you and narrow your search based on your specific interests.

No, we currently have a dynamic 'digital' catalog. In order to ensure that our customers have access to the most current styles, prices, and overall selection, we do not publish a catalog.

If you are able to place your item in the shopping cart, that means the item is immediately available for shipping. We are proud to have a near perfect fulfillment rate, so you can feel confident that if you ordered it, you will receive it.

Absolutely not! We do not store or have access to this sensitive information. Our payment processing company, Stripe, securely handles your payment information. Your data is completely safe.

Orders Information

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and order details. The confirmation means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase. Our system will automatically request your order to our vendors to confirm the availability of your item(s) and proceed with shipping.

After your payment is verified, it generally takes up to 1 to 2 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends and holidays.

You will receive an additional email with your tracking number after your shipment is picked up by the courier. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days after your order, please contact us at support@esportsfurniturestore.com

Any cancelled order(s) are subject to a cancellation fee of 3% of total order amount, whether or not your order has shipped. The 3% cancellation fee covers the third-party credit card payment processing fee we incur that is non-refundable to us. If you cancel and your order has already shipped, you will also be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is 15% of the total order amount. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method you used to place the order, less applicable cancellation and restocking fees.

Shipping Information

We offer free shipping to customers in the Contiguous United States (not including Alaska or Hawaii). Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will result in additional shipping fees.

No. We currently only ship within the United States. Shipping costs may apply, and will be added at checkout.

We do plan to grow our footprint to service our international customers. Sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on our services and exclusive offers.

It depends on where you are located. Orders processed in the United States will generally take 3-7 business days to arrive via FedEx or UPS Ground Shipping after the order is processed. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use most major carriers, like Fedex and UPS, as well as local courier partners. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We ship directly from the manufacturer. Our direct relationship with the manufacturer allows us to provide you with the quickest turnaround time and ensures the best prices available online.

Returns & Exchanges

You can generally return products and request for a refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is new/unopened/unused. This refund policy is in accordance to our various manufacturers' refund policies. In the event a manufacturer's refund policy is less than 30 days, the manufacturer's refund policy stands. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, and returned in original packaging.

To request a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at returns@esportsfurniturestore.com with the order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will verify and review your request, and process the return accordingly.

We will generally process a refund authorization within 24 hours of the request. It will then depend on when we receive the returned item(s) from you. 

After we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect it right away. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging and condition of your item(s) prior to unwrapping. If you notice any damage, make note of it and take photos to document the damage. Damages caused by carrier in-transit is handled under separate terms via the specific carrier.

Please email us at support@esportsfurniturestore.com with a brief description of the damage and include any photos to help us determine the cause. We will verify and review your request, and process the necessary claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.

We only replace and exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Damages caused by carrier in-transit is handled under separate terms via the specific carrier.

All returns and refunds are subject to a restocking fee (up to 25%).

Please send us an email to returns@esportsfurniturestore.com with your Order Confirmation # within 30 days, and we will process your return accordingly. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@esportsfurniturestore.com with your details.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. 

Price Match

You may e-mail us at support@esportsfurniturestore.com with a link of the same product on our website and on our competitor’s website before your purchase. We will verify the item eligibility.

We only price match against online competitors that are approved and Authorized Dealers. We do not price match against stores with physical retail locations. We also not price match Amazon.com and other marketplaces at this time.
