Very comfortable chair
The chair is extremely comfy when I sat down for more than 5 hours straight. There is no pain in the back, neither on the neck. Cosidering how much functions this chair has, the price is reasonable.

Overall good experience
So far I love the chair. I ordered the red one, because fashionframe is the endgame, and I got the nice one pictured. Customer service seems great, I emailed them asking a question and they responded very quickly. Chair goes together easily, hardware kit with included tools. Built it by myself so it took about 30mins.
